For over 20 years we have chosen only to work with people who share our values and concerns. This is why we understand our clients and the sectors they work in. We believe that the best results are achieved when people work together in an open and honest way. Collaboration and teamwork are at the heart of how we operate.
wave was established as a worker co-operative in 1987 and the business has always been guided by co-operative values and principles. From day one we chose to work with socially responsible organisations, helping them to communicate more effectively. Over 23 years later, we remain true to our roots and are proud to work with charities, public sector organisations, co-operatives and social enterprises.
Recognised for strong typographic and illustrative design, we have diversified over the years and picked up a growing list of awards and nominations for our multimedia and digital projects. Our clients include The National Archives, the Royal Geographic Society, Leonard Cheshire Disability, the Co-operative Group, the TUC and EveryChild.
We develop an open and honest relationship with our clients, and by working as a team, members aim to ensure that every piece of work, however small, is creative, appropriate and effective.
